Admission Procedure
Enquiry & Registration
Parents may visit the school office or contact the school via phone/email to enquire about available seats and register their child.
Interaction / Entrance Assessment
New applicants will be assessed based on the standard they seek admission to.
This ensures proper grade placement and academic readiness.
Assessment decisions made by the Principal are final.
Submission of Application Form
Filled-in application forms must be submitted along with the required documents.
Meeting with Principal / Admission Counsellor
Parents may be requested to meet the Principal to discuss the child’s educational background and expectations.
Confirmation of Admission
Once selected, parents must pay the prescribed fees within the given time to confirm the seat.
Orientation for New Students
After admission, parents and students are briefed about school timings, rules, uniform, and academic schedule.
Eligibility
Admission is open to all students, regardless of caste, creed, or religion.
Kindergarten (LKG & UKG): Age criteria as per CBSE/State norms.
Classes 1 to 10:
Admission depends on seat availability.
Students must clear the entrance assessment (as applicable).
Students from recognized schools must produce a Transfer Certificate.

Admission & Withdrawal Rules
Admission Rules
New pupils will be examined according to the standard they seek admission to.
The Principal’s decision regarding admissions is final and binding.
Students coming from other recognized schools must submit the Transfer Certificate and Community Certificate.
Withdrawal Rules
Applications for a Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted in writing, by the parent/guardian, three days in advance.
Students leaving the school in the middle of the year must pay fees for the full academic year.
No oral requests for withdrawal will be accepted.
Students must clear all dues before a Transfer Certificate is issued.
Transfer Certificate (TC) Guidelines
TC applications must be submitted by the parent/guardian only.
The school will issue the TC after:
Verification of student records
Clearance of fees
Return of school property (books, ID card, library items, etc.)
TC will be issued within the prescribed time after submission.
Students joining from other schools must submit their original TC at the time of admission.
